Looking for copies of invoices, packing slips, or certifications for your order? Click on the VIEW DETAILS of your Purchase Order to access these documents.

Need to track your package? Click on the Tracking Number of your order and it will take you directly to the shipping website.

Need to search for parts in bulk? All you need to do is copy and paste your list of part numbers from an Excel sheet into our BULK SEARCH portal.

What are your Line and Purchase Order minimums?

- No Line and Purchase Order minimum for all orders placed via Proponent Procart.

How do I find more information about a part on Proponent Procart?

- You can find Manufacturer, Cure Date, Shelf Life, Revisions,ECCN, Country Code etc. in the Expanded Details section of your Product Search Results Page.

How do I request an accounting invoice on Proponent Procart?

- You can view/print/save all past orders and invoices within your My Account tab.

Does your stock have pictures or Illustrated Parts Catalog references that can be accessed online?

- Due to licensing restrictions we currently do not show product images however, we are in the process of retaining approvals so stay tuned!

How do I reprint my certifications?

- Available certifications for shipped orders can be found by searching your PO number within the Purchase Orders tab.

Why is stock availability different on ILS vs Proponent Procart?

- Our inventory levels are dynamic. Proponent Procart displays real-time data while ILS is updated every evening, therefore you will occasionally notice stocking discrepancies.

How late can I enter an order via Proponent Procart to get it shipped the same day?

- Great News! Proponent now offers an extended shipping day so orders placed up to 4pm local (warehouse) time will ship the same day.

Do you offer AOG services?

- Yes, Proponent does offer 24 hour AOG service. Please click here for more information.

How do I add or update my ship-to address?

- You can update your ship-to address on a single order by clicking on the "NEW ADDRESS" button in the order info table on checkout page. If you would like to update your ship-to address for all future orders you will need to contact your Customer Relationship Manager.

Where do I send my purchase order?

- When placing your order via Proponent Procart, no PO is necessary.

What is the best way to get pricing on a large part number list?

- Click on the Part Search tab and use our Bulk Search feature. It allows you to quickly obtain pricing for multiple part numbers by simply copying and pasting from your Excel spreadsheet.

Can we share login ID’s within our organization?

- For your security we do not allow shared ID’s. Each user needs to request an individual login and password as the login is tied to your unique e-mail address where you will receive information pertaining to your orders.
